Foxtail 
Distinctive, fluffy, foxtail plumes made a tiny, needle-shaped, green leaves along an upright stem. An evergreen, perennial clump with tiny, white, star flowers in summer. Caution: Remove and discard any berries that may form, as they are toxic. Not a true fern. Blooms in summer.
