Fennel
Pleasant anise flavor to finely divided plume leaves on strongly upright plant. Flat umbels of tiny yellow flowers. Seeds provide a strong flavor too. Plant is a food source pollinators. Will reseed. Grows 18-30" tall by 8-12" wide.
